Main Purpose:

  • Achieve profitable sales growth objectives.

  • Maintain a very high level of customer service

  • Ability to assess the customers' needs

  • Identify potential customers and set strategies to align with the customers' requirements

  • Providing advice and quotations to customers

Skills required:

  • 2-3 years working experience in sales/ contact centre/ outbound sales/telesales

  • English 1st language

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Must be a self -starter, able to think out of the box

  • A positive and engaging personality, able to empathise with clients

  • Confident and a hunger for sales


  • Matric essential

  • Graduate/ undergraduate would be an added advantage
