•To shape, refine and execute Capitec’s digital client engagement vision in order to deliver a world-class client engagement and omni-channel experience in support of Capitec’s business objectives.

The primary area of responsibility of this role will be to drive the strategy and delivery of the technology platforms, processes and procedures in partnership with the organisation’s marketing and digital delivery team, in order to execute against the organisation’s client engagement, including but not limited to the following:
•Converting all Capitec digital (SMS, Social, Emerging channels) communication to a centralised engagement platform.
•Building out a rich data client profile for targeted communication through monthly and ad hoc marketing campaigns.
•Delivering a self-service and extendable corporate website.
•Implementing the systems that support Capitec’s financial health strategy.
