JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Call monitoring across various portfolios including Health Insurance, Pet Insurance, Motor Vehicle and Household content;
  • Provide trend data to QA manager regarding common areas/ shortfalls within respective business unit;
  • Participates in customer and client listening initiatives to identify customer needs and risk mitigation including the identification of knowledge gaps etc;
  • Provides feedback on adherence and performance - based on assessment requirements and QA Metrics;
  • Participates in calibration sessions for call centre staff;
  • Provides feedback on non-compliance;
  • Ad-hoc duties as required from time-to-time

Candidate Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Grade 12 with English and a second language
  • Relevant qualification – Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree (preferred)
  • Previous Quality Assurance experience (1-2 years essential)
  • RE/FAIS would be advantageous
  • Literacy – Have excellent reading, writing and capturing skills
  • Pc Literacy – In-depth knowledge of Word, excel, email and Internet
  • Clear track record
  • High level of integrity
  • In-depth knowledge of short term insurance products

  • Excellent listening skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Ability to assess calls and provide insight and value-added feedback to QA Manager on gaps that exist
  • Ability to understand SOP’s and ensure adherence to internal processes at all times
  • Knowledge of QA Metrics, variance reports, calibration sessions
