Join a dynamic lifestyle programme service provider as a freelance contractor, to procure and communicate accurate pricing/information for products/services for our clients through an App/Web based program. Also go the extra mile for our clients and create a “WOW Factor.’’ 

Work from home, anywhere in South Africa, and determine your own working hours and monthly pay.  Pay is based per task completed and the more tasks you complete, the more you earn!  This position is ideal for candidates wanting to work flexi-hours during the day or night as a freelancer, in the convenience of your own home.

You will require your own computer/laptop, headset and WiFi. 

Appointment as a freelance contractor is subject to successful completion of an online training programme.  

Candidate Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing client responses as prescribed by policies and procedures on a Web/App based program
  • Ensuring the best value is offered to the customer through the ability to negotiate the best deals.
  • Managing and taking full accountability for all customer interactions including all client’s tasks.
  • Managing work flow and ensuring proper time management is adhered to on all tasks
  • Supplier chain management – build supplier database and secure preferential agreements with suppliers. All suppliers are to be vetted within the criteria set out by the company and its management.
  • Ensuring all relevant service level agreements are adhered to as set out by our guidelines and contractual obligations.
  • Excellent communication skills especially written.
  • Ensuring all payments related to product/services are made timeously via the App. All payments to be handed over to the finance team in a timeous manner to ensure all payments are released to the schedule.
  • Ability to organize, plan and manage tasks to completion.
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Project a friendly, pleasant demeanour both internally and externally
  • Excellent general knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge and usage of the internet
  • Managing Quality Customer Experience
  • Keeping abreast of events, current affairs to ensure good general knowledge
  • The ability to work independently
  • Able to work remotely from home

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Relevant and completed tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft packages
  • Proven customer service, concierge or personal assistance experience essential
  • Experience working in a customer centric environment
  • Understanding of the supply chain process will be an advantage 
  • Previous experience in working on phone based applications will be advantageous


  • Fluent in English with one other South African language
  • Strong general knowledge
