Due to business growth there is an immediate requirement for an experienced night shift Duty Manager to join our business. We are looking for someone to join our team in Cape Town to help us achieve our goals.  You will need proven managerial experience and be able to work under pressure as well as managing a team to achieve the company’s goals.

The successful candidate will be young at heart and have an invested, interest in joining a cutting-edge industry leader. We will provide an attractive salary which will be discussed in the interview process. Excellent Microsoft Office skills will be a must, exceptional spoken and written English is a non-negotiable.  

To ensure our Contact Centre delivers class-leading quality-oriented customer service to help drive customer loyalty and support continued sales. The role will require someone with excellent people skills, an excellent customer focused ethos, and be able to share considerable industry experience and best practice ideas to help us drive towards class- leading quality-oriented customer sales and service environment.

Candidate Requirements
  • At least 24 months experience in a Team Leader/Leadership role – preferably in a booking centre environment
  • Proven ability to drive business to achieve desired business goals
  • Proven ability to facilitate & present to groups
  • Proven ability coach in booking centre environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Required Skills
customer service : 1 to 2 years
management : 2 to 3 years
comminication skills : 1 to 2 years
