Raizcorp runs various entrepreneurial development programmes which are often sponsored by large corporates. 

Raizcorp is looking for a dynamic person who is a natural hunter who has sales and headhunting experience. An Entrepreneurial Recruiter/Scout (ES) proactively searches for entrepreneurs who are a strong match for corporate-sponsored programmes. Your role will be to understand the requirements of each programme, scout for the right entrepreneurial talent and manage the selection process for entrepreneurs. As an ES, you will be expected to be enthusiastic about trawling websites, attending expos and shows, conducting extensive interviews with entrepreneurs and managing a tight selection process.

Candidate Requirements
  • Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Recruitment
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in sales/recruitment/outbound call centre environment
  • A valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport is a non-negotiable for this role as the Entrepreneurial Scout will be required to travel to and from expos and cities across the country.
  • Strong verbal communicator who is able to liaise with entrepreneurs, clients and team members
  • Must be experienced in and have exposure to different interviewing techniques.

Desired skills

  • Needs to be able to understand legal documentation, bank statements and financials.
  • Must have a strong administration tendency and urgency mind set.
  • Strong sales and sales closing skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good typing skills are required as typing while interviewing a candidate is a must.
  • Must be able to navigate a database proficiently.
  • Must be able to use internet and LinkedIn very proficiently.
  • Must be multilingual.
  • Able to move and adjust easily from project to project.
