Employer: Roots Sales & Merchandising
  1.       Assess and determine training needs by traveling with individuals and observing sales encounters, study sales results and conferring with sales managers.
  •       Provide sales training according to staff KPI.
  •       Deliver training courses as and when needed, based on the training needs identified.
  •       Continually monitor the performance of regional staff and identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  •       Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees performance.
  •       Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and are updated on a regular basis.
  •       Conduct induction training of all new recruits and ensure their successful integration into the company.
  •       Reporting to National Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Managing Director.
  •       Sales planning for the Sales Force.

    10.  Handling of administrative duties by maintaining accurate records and feedback.

    11.  Sound decision making and organizational skills.
