We offer a competitive salary plus provident fund and optional medical aid  for a General Admin Clerk to work at our Masterparts Kenilworth branch. The position requires you to work Monday to Friday and every second Saturday.

The duties will include:

  • Daily cashing up of multiple tills.
  • Reconciliation of takings and banking.
  • Administration of Petty Cash.
  • Basic Debtors (following up on outstanding account payments).
  • Liaising with Head Office about account maintenance (Information changes and updates).
  • Filing.
  • Relieving the cashier as required.
  • Relieving the switchboard operators as required.
  • Ad Hoc duties as required.
Candidate Requirements


We are looking for a matriculant with at least three years experience in a similar role. Debtors exposure is advantageous.


Required Skills
cashier : 1 year or less
debtor/creditor : 1 to 2 years
switchboards : 1 year or less
office support/administration : 3 to 4 years
cashing up : 3 to 4 years
daily banking : 3 to 4 years
