* Staff training higher level - identifying and presenting training for store managers and area managers

* Staff training - identifying and arranging external training

* Create a staff culture of good service and work ethic

* Plan staff requirements

* Performance management systems

* Create Standard Operating Procedures manuals 

* Develop and implement Interview Guides

* Create induction documents

* Managing budgets monthly and controlling expenses

* Lead the business from an HR perspective

Candidate Requirements


* Post Matric qualification in Human Resources a pre requisite

* In above position handled recruitment , on boarding ,  training , management and appraisal systems and IR .

* Minimum 5 years experience in an apparel or footwear environment as the HR manager handling the function specified above 

* Preferably located in Cape Town

* Effective communicator at all levels 

* Be emotionally intelligent

* Be strategic
