Responsible for preparing product forecasts in order to support Supply Chain to constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines.
Analysing potential partner relationships for the product jointly with sales team and manager.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

Participate in helping the Sales team and PSC teams to develop their offerings

Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales and product growth and order bookings targets
Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of group/divisional products, applications, features, advantages and benefits. Keeps up with internal and external training and development.
Create business plans for all customers providing regular reports on customer performance and activity
Provide the primary customer interface for all product, services and solutions
Facilitate resolution of any customer issues; serve as a central resource for communications with the customer; champion customer needs and requirements within the organisation
Diligent stewardship of CRM software achieving +/- 5% accuracy in order forecasting
Keep fully up to date with and communicate internally on regularly and effectively on market developments, new products, trends, opportunities etc.
Represent and promote the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide reports, on a regular and/or monthly basis.
Keeps management aware of changes which would affect the distribution of Parker products. Participates in the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies jointly with the product specialist.
Assists the product specialist and in turn divisions in planning strategy to provide the products and service required for their assigned accounts. Actively support cross divisional and other group product with proper referral.
