Overall responsibility for portfolio or portfolios of clients. Leading the teams managing portfolio or portfolios to deliver on all PR requirements of clients. Your portfolio may be expanded to include other teams and clients. You will be an integral part of the senior leadership team. Be involved in strategy development and implementation for the agencies growth. You will be a source of leadership to junior staff in the agency.
Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of integrated communications campaigns. Interpret the direction of strategy / planning and creative leads. Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy / planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives. Develop strategic and tactical client programs. Demonstrate an ability to apply communications techniques in response to client briefs. Monitoring the media (social and traditional) and demonstrate ability to identify topical issues relevant to clients on a consistent basis.
Be the senior point of contact on the client portfolio. Participate and lead client meetings, managing meeting protocols, agenda, etc. Plan and participate in client review meetings with team.
Finalize programs and budgets for client. Assume accountability for financial aspects of cost management on client programs aware of financial status of accounts at all times. Lead a team of consultants. Become a role model for junior staff throughout the agency. Support team development and staff team and project planning. Conduct appraisals for junior staff members.
