Partnering with the Provincial office and Human Resources team to ensure that strategic HR objectives are implemented in the province.
Ensure the implementation of various Human Resources processes in line with the respective policies and procedures:
Providing the Province with developmental initiatives through interactions with the Training Hub and the Human Resources Development Department.
Ensure the alignment of people development to business initiatives.
Conducting HR risk assessments (ie. Leave, Absenteeism, Employee Relations and HR compliance) in the province.
Conduct and manage the exit interview process in the Province.
Compiling monthly and quarterly HR reports.
Responsible for all HR and ad-hoc projects in the Province.
