Arabic speaking Immigration Consultant

The successful incumbent should meet below-set requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic & English
• 3-5 years of immigration law experience
• A legal Qualification will be an added advantage
• Valid Driver’s license
• Computer literacy on MS office suite
• Professional business writing skills

Job overview:

The ideal candidate will be required to work jointly with a team of immigration consultants responsible for the delivery of client visa application, drafting of applications and provision of advice.

• Provision of accurate advice to clients timeously
• Be able to identify relevant issues for each matter(Legal or procedural
• Responsible for client contact, securing information and providing client feedback within agreed SLA
• Records notes of all client discussions and ensures that the immigration team is kept up to speed
• Plans workload and sets realistic deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations from the client
