We’re on the hunt for a Head of Operations who will maintain and direct the daily operations of our sales business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, IT and other departments. 

This person will be responsible for our operational infrastructure such as our sales platforms, technology, software and our nationwide franchise operations with the primary focus on shaping the future of our sales processes.

If you've got the following:

• A 3-year degree, (think BCom, MBA, LLB, Commercial)
• Been in an operations manager role (or similar) for the last 3 years

• Being responsible for at least 400 seats
• Being involved with annual budgets and data strategies
• Designing Dialler Training programmes.
