Our client is looking for an Azure Technical Architect to join their team. In this role they are looking for someone who will contribute to the development and design of complex solutions ensuring to complete the overall technical design and build of large, complex solutions to meet a client’s business requirements. You will also be required to provide primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.

Experience required:

• DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
• Minimum 3 Years Azure experience.
• Minimum 5 Year Architecture experience
• Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Strong track record as an architect of new systems/solutions
• Preferable demonstrated work experience working as a systems administrator or network engineer
• Proven client engagement and development consulting experience
• Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
• Extensive experience in a variety of architectures for specific domain or specialization
• Demonstrated experience presenting technical solutions
• Experience working in an agile development environment

Qualifications and certifications: 

• Microsoft certified Azure Administrator Associate Certification
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
• Relevant vendor and industry certifications, e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware
• Beneficial - Software and programming languages, e.g., PowerShell
