CME Recruitment was established in 1998 with a view to utilizing the owner, Gary Bain’s, Local and International experience in Human Resource Management and Recruitment to the benefit of clients within the Contract, Engineering and Management Sectors. Although recruitment has been the main focus of the business, many of Gary’s clients have utilized his experience in Human Resource Management as a complimentary service to the recruitment requirements.
The Company’s main focus being to service the technical and engineering recruitment for local and overseas clients with a specific emphasis on contract, management and engineering staff.
We operate at a very competitive rate of only 12.5% on annual gross earnings which is substantially less than most agencies.
Other valuable team members of the Company have enabled CME Recruitment to expand its services over the past 14 years into various areas of recruitment including Production and Manufacturing, Office Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing and IT amongst others.
Mandy Spencer has been with CME Recruitment for almost 6 years and focuses on a variety of recruitment areas including Technical Artisans, Production and Management, as well as Financial, Office Administration, Sales & Marketing. She holds a National Diploma in IT and an IMM Diploma in Marketing Management. Mandy comes from an Operations background within the Plastics Industry, and has more than 8 years of proven customer relations and key account management experience.
De Wyk Steyn has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing in the areas of IT, Retail and Telecomms. He is also very involved with overseas recruiting for CME Recruitment as well as local technical requirements with the manufacturing industries. He is an experienced recruitment consultant and his success in Cape Town is due to his constant endeavor to find the best available candidates for his ever growing list of satisfied customers.
Amanda Lintvelt has worked in a variety of industries within the recruiting sector, with specialist experience in Pharmaceutical Recruitment. She has a strong understanding of all industries within the Pharmaceutical Sector including: Industry (Production, Distribution, Research & Development, Managed Healthcare, and Regulatory Affairs), Retail and Hospital. She also has a good understanding of general business concepts and has excellent customer liaison skills.
Samantha Reinke is the newest member of the CME Recruitment team. She has a strong financial background, good technical experience with excellent administrative skills. She takes pride in achieving a growing relationship with her clients and candidates as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of business procedures within CME Recruitment.
