Medical scheme, health insurance and third party administrator experience and know how;
Provider network management skills;
Clinical risk management capability;
IT systems skills with specific knowledge of the health insurance domain and a technical capability in Oracle, Apex, Java, MS SQL, .Net, web services and the cloud;
Proven business development experience in a healthcare TPA environment;
Financial and administration skills in a healthcare TPA environment.
