• Liaising with my clients and candidates. This includes personal visits to clients, wherever possible, to access their needs and to source the most suitable candidates for the position under consideration. • A data base search to identify suitable candidates that qualify for the position. • Advertise on behalf of my clients. • Selection and Interviewing of potential candidates. • Reference checks. • Compile a shortlist of candidates for my clients. • Contacting candidates for interviews. • Inform candidates if successful or unsuccessful. • Follow up service and evaluation.
