- To ensure check-in procedures are strictly adhered to
- To be readily available at all times to address guest complaints
- To organise, lead, manage the front office team
- Ensure maximum unit occupancy with agreed rental booking policy
- Reservations experience
- Balance accounts daily
- Conduct regular performance appraisals
- Ensure effective training of front office staff
- Ensure accurate and timeous reporting
- Monitor trends within the industry and recommend where these may be implemented
- All admin related duties
- Prepare annual front office budget
- Knowledge of Wildlife bookings
- Stock procurement and control
Candidate Requirements
- MUST HAVE a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
- At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry in the same or similar role
- Microsoft Office with good Excel Skills.
- Cimso Innkeeper – Reservations, Timeshare Module and Property Management knowledge
- First Aid Level 3
- Be available for Manager on Duty / First Aid call-outs as per Duty Roster
