You will work closely with departmental managers to identify training needs, develop tailored programs, and measure the effectiveness of training interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop a strategic training and development plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs
- Facilitate seminars
- Engage in employee wellness training
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, metrics, and performance evaluations.
- All induction planning of new employees
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance our programs.
- Manage the training budget, vendors and resources effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Min 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training technology platforms.
