Job Description
- Delivery of high-quality support services in line with Sage standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships.
- Resolving client and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.
- Liaising effectively with above country Vendor support desk.
- Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management System
- Communicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problems
- Ensure management are aware of potential areas for potential problems, product enhancements and partner educational requirements.
- Maintain regular client communication and support client management strategies
- Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree/ND Finance or Information Technology
- Sage X3 Certification (Advantageous)
Skills
- 3+ Years Experience in SAGE X3 Support
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Crystal Reporting
