Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PABX Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and managing Cloud PBX systems, IP Phones, Access Points and networks across a variety of brands. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage their own schedule, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain PBX systems - primarily Cloud based but also some level of on premise - Yeastar and Yealink
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PBX hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on PBX system operations and maintenance.
- Ensure all installations and services meet the quality standards of the company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other technical staff to ensure smooth integration of PBX systems with other technologies such as VOIP
- Manage and maintain documentation related to PBX system configurations, installations, and service histories.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
If you are short in any areas but are a strong candidate we will offer training to our portfolio of brands.
- Knowledge in installing and servicing PBX Systems
- Familiarity with major PBX brands such as Yeastar, Yealink, Mikrotek, Fanvil, Flying Voice, Panasonic, and NEC.
- Basic understanding of: VOIP
- Must be able to independently manage oneself
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as needed for client and site visits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
