Tasks and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the operational training function
- Provide effective and accurate reporting on the operational training function.
- Technical training
- Establish talent development best practices and manage the implementation of best practices
- Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- Deploying a wide variety of training methods
- Design and develop curriculum, training materials and assessments
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Training Manager will be an advantage
- Technical Qualification - Motor mechanic, Vehicle Technician
- Computer Literate
- Good understanding of vehicles and vehicle parts
- Excellent communication skills
