Sport Helicopters is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at a helicopter tour agency located in the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town. As a front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assisting with receiving clients, booking reservations, handling payments, loading and unloading helicopters and managing tour groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Managing tour bookings and scheduling appointments on our client management system.
- Load and unload helicopters
- Keep the reception area clean
- Assist the manager with general tasks like filing.
- Providing information about our tours and services to potential customers
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
- Looking after customers before and after flights.
- Managing tour groups
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality/tourism is preferred but not required.
