Employer: Peermont Global/ Frontier Inn
1. To review and authorise Creditors reconciliation’s and payments.
2. To manage and co-ordinate the creditors department.
3. To resolve creditor queries.
4. To reconcile month end general ledger accounts.
5. To post various month end journals.
6. To assist with completion of monthly management accounts.
7. To assist with year end.
8. To assist and resolve financial queries from Heads of Departments.
9. To perform other accounting related duties as required.
10. To control inter-company recharges.
11. To assist financial controller
Required Skills
- Excel: 2 to 3 years
- Accpac Accounting Software: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
1. Matric/ Grade 12
2. Post matric accounting qualification would be a requirement.
3. 2 Years accounting experience would be a requirement.
4. Knowledge of MS Excel and Accpac would be an added advantage.
5. Good Supervisory and communication skills would be a requirement.
6. Confidentiality is a pre-requisite regarding the results of Gaming activities.
7. Shift work is an operational requirement.
