Job Description
A well-established Conveyancing Law firm located in Pretoria is seeking a good, experienced Legal Receptionist. The ideal candidate must have gained experience previously within a law firm at Receptionist level or above (Stable proven track record). We are seeking a well-presented, well-groomed individual who can manage a tight ship and be an effective front-line ambassador to the firm.
Duties will include switchboard, general office administration, filing, taking and delivering of messages, routing of calls, doing basic typing mostly of registration letters and also assisting agents with some of their administration whilst manning the board. Will also be called upon by main director to assist with PA duties and responsibilities. As many of the firms’ clients are Afrikaans, the person must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications/certifications will prove advantageous.
Skills
Minimum 1-2 years experience gained in a Law Firm. Mature personality with strong emotional intelligence required. Able to diplomatically handle strong personalities as needed and not take things personally. Good Admin skills. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Own transport and valid Driver's License.
