Sterling Pharmaceuticals (on behalf of IPS Health and Wellness) is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control
Officer to join our team. As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining
our commitment to delivering superior products to our valued clients.
The ideal Quality Control Officer is someone who possesses a keen eye for detail, a

Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing packages to ensure
compliance with company quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures in line with industry
regulations and company policies.
• Identify and report any deviations or defects in products, working closely with
the distribution team to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and provide regular reports
on inspection findings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to communicate quality expectations
and drive improvements in product quality.
• Identify, record, and report QC errors noted.
• Assist with all reversed logistics stock.
• Perform quality control checks on stock received.
• Daily administration tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
• Matric (essential)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
(preferred).
• Certification in quality control or related disciplines is a plus.
• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a warehouse or logistics
environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor deviations
from quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams
and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality compliance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Computer literacy
• Ambitious, creative and organised.
