Chefs Training Academy is expanding our sales team and we are seeking a driven and passionate Career Consultant.
The Career Consulant will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Lead Generation:
- Actively generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the client base.
- Utilize all marketing opportunities available with the application of most relevant sales techniques to ensure that sales targets are met.
2. Conversion Rate:
- Effectively and efficiently accept and attend to
- Administer the information of enquiries effectively.
- Monitor and improve the conversion rate of enquiries to enrolments.
- Implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process and increase conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
3. Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure effective and efficient process on enrolment of learners.
- Measure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through feedback collection and resolution of customer concerns.
- Ensure positive customer experiences throughout the enrolment process.
4. Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional growth.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
- Share best practices, provide support, and foster a collaborative work environment.
6. Goal Achievement:
- Set and strive to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Develop action plans to overcome obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
7. Compliance and Ethics:
- Accurate and organised record keeping and reporting on all different systems and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Adherence to all sales process requirements including but not limited to acceptance letters, contracts, student loans, VISA requirements.
- Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Sales And Marketing Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Solid Administration Skills: 1 to 2 years
