Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is creating, implementing, and supervising the company’s business development strategy.
Main duties:
- Overall management of premier clients:
- Ensure retention of all premier clients.
- Processing of new business of premier client: Adherence to FSCA requirements, procedures and meeting SLA.
- Manage policy administration of premier clients: Adherence to FSCA requirements, procedures and meeting SLA.
- Manage claims of premier clients: Adherence to FSCA requirements, procedures and meeting SLA.
- Manage renewals of premier clients: Adherence to FSCA requirements, procedures and meeting SLA.
- Ensure excellent customer service: Attending all customer issues as per procedure and meeting SLA.
- Attend to high value clients: Managing portfolios including policy admin, renewals and enquiries.
- Implement process improvement: Identify and implement all process improvement on set timeframes.
- Ensure adherence to ISO compliance in the operations area: Passing audit with no adverse findings.
- Report on operations area: Report monthly including scorecard.

- Knowledge Of The Insurance Regulations
Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- RE5 and Required Qualification and CPD points as per regulations.
- Knowledge of administration.
- Fair knowledge of the financial industry.
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office).
