Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school's administration team, including document management, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist in managing student records, including enrollment, attendance, grades, and other pertinent information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Facilitate effective communication between students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff through email, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Support the coordination and implementation of online school events, meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Manage inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing timely and accurate information regarding admissions, curriculum, and school policies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot minor technical issues experienced by staff or students in the virtual learning environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in virtual learning environments, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and compassionate communication with young students and their parents.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- A commitment to upholding the confidentiality of student and staff information.
