- Review and proofread tender submissions to eliminate errors in grammar, punctuation,

- Develop and craft persuasive and accurate written content for tender proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and the organization's capabilities.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and tender documentation.
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members or relevant departments when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Support the sales process.
- Use market insights to enhance the organization's tender response strategies and win rates.
- Load and Track all Tenders on the company’s CRM System.
Role Purpose
Coordinate and Provide support to the business development team with day-to-day operational functioning within the area of responsibility, providing administrative assistance and co-ordinating client product information queries.
INTERNAL PROCESSES
CLIENT SERVICES
· Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
· Troubleshooting technical issues, and handling client concerns, whilst also addressing customer inquiries, billing concerns, and all incoming requests promptly and accurately.
· Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and features.
· Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers during interactions.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Generate reports on customer inquiries, sales performance, and trends as required.
· Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to share insights, feedback, and best practices.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and exceptional customer experiences.
· Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users as well as post go-live support.
PEOPLE
· Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team and management.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, data, and insights for the tender response.
FINANCE
· Review tender requirements, deadlines, and specifications to create a clear project plan and timeline for completion.
· Co-ordinate and facilitate the Tender/Bid submission process in collaboration with the National Sales Manager.
Required Skills
- Administration: 2 to 3 years
- Planning And Organising: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous
- 1-3 years’ administrative experience will be advantageous
- Knowledge in business development & tender administration
