We are looking for a professional, passionate and experienced Admin Manager who aligns with our Company values and vision to join our team. We are committed to providing our clients with top-notch service from the very first time they lay eyes on our properties to the moment they receive the keys. We understand that buying a home is a significant investment, which is why we prioritize building lasting relationships with our clients and employees based on trust and communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Manage all vehicle and medical Insurance schedules, payments, claims and policies
- Manage all company vehicles maintenance, diesel, petrol
- Manage the entire comapnies petrol claims, monthly invoices according to the budget, company policy and according to correct timelines
- Manage the Company's purchases monthly according to the budget and as efficiently and timeously as possible
- Manage the attendance register every day
- Manage cleaning, gardening and admin driver team tasks, salaries and standard fo work
- Degree or Diploma in Admin
- Own car and license
- At least 5 years experience in same or similar position
