We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager/Guest Relations Specialist with fluent English (Level C or higher).Role: This role is perfect for those who are adept at multitasking and are passionate about providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with reservations, amendments, cancellations, and provide detailed property information, including features, pricing, and availability, using the company’s booking system.
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
· Address and resolve customer issues or complaints to enhance their overall experience.
· Communicate effectively with guests regarding maintenance issues and ongoing repair work.
· Conduct regular inspections of rental properties to identify maintenance or repair needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Coordinate routine maintenance tasks and emergency repairs, overseeing quality standards and timely completion.
· Build and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers for maintenance needs.
· Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
· Ensure all maintenance and repair work adheres to the company's quality standards.
· Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
· Must have a total understanding of Front Office Operations.
· Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Supervisor, Manager on Duty.
· Outstanding verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
· Proven track record of nurturing and maintaining long-term professional relationships. Past testimonials or references are a plus.
· Proficient in handling and resolving conflicts professionally and efficiently.
· Independent working style and familiarity with various digital tools and platforms.
· Exceptional skills in negotiating terms, prices, and services to achieve quality at cost-effective rates.
