Employer: MPRTC Recruitment
- Process and manage warranty claims: Assess and validate claims according to company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with customers, dealers, and suppliers: Address concerns, inquiries, and disputes related to warranties and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records: Utilize databases and systems to document warranty activity and contract administration tasks.
- Analyze warranty data: Identify trends and patterns to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure contract compliance: Monitor and enforce contractual terms and conditions, safeguarding company interests.
- Prepare reports and presentations: Synthesize data and provide insights on warranty performance and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to process improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline warranty administration and contract management.
- Matric certificate or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Warranty and Contracts Administrator role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Understanding of automotive warranty principles and contract administration is a plus.
