Area Manager for a leading Homeware Company
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Deliver and manage sales targets for the area
· Deliver and manage internal processes, procedures, and compliance for the area
· Monitor area performance, identify, and analyze trends, report on business performance, and ensure appropriate actions are taken
· Stock Management and stock loss controls for all stores
· To support and deliver the regions retention strategy to sustain the staffing needs of the business with specific reference to scarce and critical skills and ensure consistent business performance
Required Skills
- Analytical Analysis: 4 to 5 years
- Human Resourses: 4 to 5 years
- Retail Management Systems: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
Education and Experience requirements:
· Grade 12
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the retail management
