Provide administrative support to the financial advisor.
- Prepare quotations.
- Assist with general Admin Duties.
- Liaise with relevant departments to gather information to resolve clients' queries
- Distribution of internal mail.
- Update client personal details.
- Inform clients and update changes to their policy.
- Handle all complaints and enquiries.
- Handle all incoming calls and walk-in clients
- Assist clients with the completion of claims.
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Process and administrate application forms as well as compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- - Matric certficate.
- - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
