Job Description
You will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle
- Handle incoming sales or general calls
- Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share
- Update the client database
- Date back orders
- Minimize back orders on the back-order on the system
- Maintain and check the back-order report
- Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery
- Assist with problem solving or complaints
- Build relationships with clients
- Handle request from internal clients or departments
- Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required
- Assist with switchboard when required
- Assist with Cash and Carry Stock when required
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum requirement is Matric or equivalent NQF.
Skills
- 3 – 5 years’ working experience in a telesales environment
- Product Knowledge treatable curable
- Sales Skills
- Knowledge of Telephonic Etiquette
