Blue Chip FMCG Company requires a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Organizations Business Operations in the Gauteng geographic area. Responsibilities include :-
- · Achievement of Budgets - Financial and Principal
- Drive Regional business opportunities by working in the trade
- · Effective trade channel management
- · Ensure correct structure in place to achieve objectives
- · Train and coach sales team on Principal requirements
- · Maintenance of accurate Admin
- · Identify ranging and distribution objectives
- · Control and management of promotional execution
- · Managing Principal objectives
- · Focus on attention to detail, communication and team work
- · To build and encourage an atmosphere of innovative and creative thinking
- · Instore audits and tablet/systems used as per Company expectation
- · Trade visits
- · Management of information requests
- · Develop strong business relationships by developing tactical business plans, controlling and evaluating them.
- · Interface with Distribution Partner
- · Management of returns process according to the Principals SOP
- Pr Price monitoring
- · Management of NPD process
- · General feedback and support
- · Principal and Customer management including
- · DC management
- · Evaluate and advise on changing trends and
- · competitor activity in the market place.
- Identify and feedback on new business opportunities
- KAM Support

· Receiving and processing purchase orders.
· Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Holder of a Senior Certificate.
Preferably a graduate in Business Commerce
At least 3 years' management experience.
