Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for stock movement from outsourced warehouse to customers.
• Overseeing of all current stock orders before capturing on Microsoft NAV system.
• Maintaining a daily account on hold list of current customers with available credit.
• Responsible for capturing all current stock orders.
• Responsible for capturing and invoicing marketing orders.
• Assist other brand administrator with invoicing, ordering, and sending of tickets, arranging bookings and preparing Free Stock and Blocked Order reports.

• Supply Chain Management: Understanding the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, and being able to optimize and streamline the flow of goods.
• Inventory Management: Efficiently managing inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs and ensuring product availability.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is vital, as logistics administrators need to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or other disruptions.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are crucial in logistics to avoid errors that could lead to costly mistakes in inventory, shipping, or order fulfillment.

• Negotiation Skills: Engaging in negotiations with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.

• Analytical Skills: Using data and analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions that improve the overall efficiency of logistics operations.

Candidate Requirements
• Matric
• Diploma or equivalent in logistics field
• Proven experience in stock administration or related roles
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Advanced- Intermediate Excel skills
