Synapse Payment Systems is looking for a highly motivated individual to set appointments and leads for our sales team.
By joining Synapse, you will be among the first in the payment services industry to offer flat fee processing (not flat rate).
About our company:
Synapse has been in operation since 2014 and its principals have been in the payment processing industry for over 15 years. We are a full-service merchant services firm that provides merchants with a wide variety of options to process electronic payments, specifically credit and debit cards. We specialize in Cash Discount and Flat Fee pricing.
Our flat fee structure allows us to provide the cheapest processing fees available to mid-sized businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Telesales and Appointment Setting
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers.
- Prospecting for new clients
Compensation:
Base + Bonus
- R150,000 Yearly Base
- R500 Bonus Per Lead / Appointment
First year on target compensation of R250,000

- Minimum of 1 Year of B2B Sales Experience
- College Education Preferred
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong worth ethic and integrity.
- Computer with Internet Connection
- Phone Line for Outgoing Calls
