Our client requires the services of a detail-oriented Banking Administrator to join their team.
Key performance areas:
- Uploading beneficiaries on online banking systems after verification.
- Ensure all payments are fully authorised.
- Process all payments daily.
- Preparing payments lists for payruns.
- Print proof of payments, save on sharepoint and send to customers and managers.
- Download supplier invoices from POS, save on sharepoint and mail to customers.
- Processing foreign exchange payments, booking FX rates and submitting supporting documents.
- Preparing and attending to all banking applications (financing and cards etc.)
- Availability after hours for unplanned payments and transfers.
- Attend to all bank related queries.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a Diploma in Bookkeeping or any relevant qualification
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in a similar position
- Computer literate – (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SharePoint will be advantageous
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Must be honest, confidential and reliable
- Must have excellent communication skills
