Job Description:
Stable and thriving Financial Services Organistation
requires an experienced and dynamic Payroll Administrator to handle
the following functions:
Requirements:
- 4 years VIP Premier experience with ESS a must
- Ideal candidate comes from a Financial
Services/Insurance or similar corporate company
- Loading all New employees, Terminating
- Completion of Claw-Back Agreements, UIF docs for
maternity,
- Employees and maintaining and updating current employee
details.
- Capture Leave manually or electronically using (ESS) Employee
Self Service and administrate online Leave system (ESS).
- Do leave recons to ensure leave as been accumulating
correctly.
- Deductions such as loans, garnishee orders, monthly deductions
(canteen, Private mileage, cellphone etc) calculating and capturing
of all overtime and prorate earnings if necessary.
- Generate Monthly reports Load Salaries onto the Standard Bank
System.
- Complete monthly Salary Journal and post to General Ledger
.
- Do recons for all Salary related Accounts. Maintain and
Reconcile Provident fund, Medical aid and Group Life on a monthly
basis.
- Complete and draw up clawback agreements and UIF documentation
for employees going on maternity Leave .
- Complete Death Benefit forms.
- Do Employment Confirmation and Certificate of Service Letters
and Telephonic Confirmation of Employment.
- Submit UIF monthly Declaration electronically, submit OID
reports when required and submit Quarterly Statistics to Statistics
South Africa.

General HR Admin, attend to all Payroll related queries, filing
monthly input printing of Payroll reports and Payslips.

Monthly reports Load Salaries onto the Standard Bank System.
