Job Description:
The Learning Facilitator contributes to the organisational goals
by identifying and addressing training needs (system, product and
soft skills) so that staff is able to deliver a quality service to
customers.
Qualification:
- Grade 12
- Training Qualification
- FAIS Accreditation/Regulator Exam
Experience:
- SALES/VAPS Exp
- Min 1 year training experience
- selling skills/Technicques
Knowledge of:
- Learning Models
- Knowledge of Service Quality assessment in order to allign
VAPs/Sales training to their requirements
- Knowledge of the Bluesky System application
- Human Behaviour principles
Job Outputs:
- Ensure training quality meets organisational and sector
standard requirements.
- Ensure training interventions meet customer needs and
expectations within specified time frames.
- Effective feedback of training intervention to managers and
learners
- Ensure up-to-date research of training topics
- Train and develop staff to be at a level of competence required
to perform work and fulfil responsibilities effectively.
- Ensure training interventions to assess effectiveness
- Liaising with Sales Managers and coaches to be kept
informed
