Job Description:

Salary: R130000 Per Month.

Job Specification
- REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited
to):
- A Degree in Mining Engineering is required
- In possession of Mine Manager's Certificate Of Competency
- Must have at least 5years Senior Mine Management
Experience
DUTIES (including but not limited to):
- Leads and support various joint task teams
- Understands cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions
accordingly.
- Manages day-to-day client interaction.
- Able to multi-task and manage complex project matrices
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual
responsibilities
- Manage operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to
client
- Manages engagement reviews and quality assurance
procedures
- Minimizes client exposure and risk on project
- Manage project budget.
- Interact and effectively engages at levels with different
stakeholder groupings
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
- Hold regular status meetings with project team
- Keeps project team and client well informed of changes within
the project.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to
client
- Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized
presentations
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information
tactfully.
