Job Description:
My client are arguably the leading MS specialist in the
Enterprise world; in South Africa they have a core focus on
Infrastructure and are looking for passionate Technologists wanting
to work for a world leader. They offer huge growth opportunity;

from across the world using cutting and bleeding edge
technologies.
The role is a senior Specialist position; this is a Consultative
role including responsibilities in Solutions Architecture;
Technical Pre Sales Support; Design and Deployment. You will be
involved in Migration planning; Implementation; Risk management as
well as systems health and performance management.
Technically you need:
A passion for technology; this role is not for the
lightweight.
General breadth and depth of knowledge across architecture,
design and implementation especially around the following:
Windows Server 2008 – components and server roles;
Active Directory – design and implementation;
Cloud services generally – personal research in this area is
acceptable experience;
AD Certificate Services;
AD Domain Services;
AD Lightweight Directory Services;
AD Rights Management Services;
Windows Deployment Services;
IIS;
UDDI;
Highly advantageous to have the following:
Clustering and HA;
Hyper V;
AD Federation;
Security Design;
File services;
Strong general Virtualisation skills – App-V; Med-V.
Microsoft certification in any of these areas would be
advantageous BUT experience will be valued more than
certification.
NB – to achieve salaries above R550K we would need to see
evidence of delivery leadership and management on your CV.
Permanent;Gauteng; negotiable between R480K and R600K ctc per
annum
