Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
- CA/SA
- 3 – 5 years post article experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of all finance responsibilities
- Manage the financial team and their deliverables
- Ensure the Quality f all Financial transactions within the
different companies on a day to day basis is maintained, enhanced
and managed
- Prepare the monthly and annual management and financial
reports
- Lead the accounts department in ensuring the quality of
financial transactions recorded and authorised
- Plan and control the workflow within the accounts department
on a daily basis
- Group Consolidations
- Review the derivative reconciliations and processes
- Review the monthly VAT returns
- Preparation and review of annual tax packs
- Review all general ledger reconciliations
- Administrator of accounting systems
- Administrator of CPS and internet banking systems
- Prepare the monthly management accounts and the variance
reports / dashboards
- Prepare audit committee packs
- Prepare the year end reporting packs
- Prepare year end financials
- Annual budget preparation and forecasting
- Perform ad-hoc projects/tasks
- Ensure all inter company transactions are accurately captured
and reconciled
