Job Title: Production Engineer – Horizontal Transport and
Production (AA)
Area: Northern Free State
Salary: Market related depending on experience and
qualification
Education:
B.Sc / B.Eng / B.Tech or National Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering at a South African University
Completed GCC Mines and Works is essential
Skills Required:
Should have completed a proper Engineer in Training program in
the mining industry in order to qualify for GCC qualification
Preference to candidates coming out of the gold / platinum
industry
Experience with horizontal transport and production will be
highly beneficial
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all safety and
maintenance aspects on the underground mine focusing on production.
People management will be essential as well as being appointed on
the legal appointment.
