CEB Maintenance Africa is seeking a Technical Helpdesk
Consultant. The successful candidate will require a MAtric and a
Call Centre or Helpdesk Certification, as well as 2 - 3years
Technical Helpdesk experience.

Matric / A+ / Call Centre or Helpdesk Certification
Minimum Experience Indicator
2 - 3years Technical Helpdesk experience
Functional Responsibilities
• Respond to calls and resolve them using remote dial in /
assistance functionality
• Support on 1st level diagnosing and resolution
• Record keeping
• Follow up of open calls
• Identify and conduct training
• Ensure chargeable calls are marked and submitted
• Hardware to targets set
