PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Performs varied clerical duties and is responsible for the full
clerical function.
SPECIFIC OUTPUTS:
Distribution Admin - Primary Fuction : Check all POD's for
correctness, Daily filing in numerical order, Make copies of POD as
requested by deptor's department.
Distribution Admin - Secondary Fuction : Splitting credit notes
& attach customer claims, Daily filing of credit notes.
Keep filing office neat & tidy at all times. Remove documents
from file & pack into boxes to go in storage at
Metrofile.
Systems, Procedures and Practices - Organised own work, Applied
practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods, Reported
progress
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
1 Years relevant working experience in the filing enviroment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
NQF Level 4 or Matric
