Job Description:
CEB Maintenance Africa, one of the largest specialist IT Support
and Services Organisations in SA is looking for Customer relations
Rep to join the team in Sandton.
Minimum requirements:
Matriculated; Computer literate with a working knowledge of
Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project with a sound knowledge of
IT terminology
Relevant 3 year tertiary diploma/degree
Public Relations skills, with abilities to build lasting
relationships with customers at all levels
Keen understanding of figures and ability to interpret age
analysis
Presentable individual able to identify with CEB's corporate
image
Strong communication skills and logical / analytical skills
An ability to work well under pressure and attention to detail
skills are essential.
Duties Include:
Communicating with Departmental Managers and Customers at high
levels to assist and enable organisational operations ensuring
effective service to all customers
Interpret instructions and issues arising, and implementing actions
accordingly
Attend and facilitate Customer meetings & provide written
feedback. This includes preparing minutes of meetings, reports and
proposals
Follow up on task allocation
Liaising with Customers' financial department and following up on
outstanding payments
Drafting, sending, signing & follow through of customer
contracts
CRR's are vital to the operational efficiencies of the business and
have direct contact with our customers.
